UDI FOUNDATION LIFTING AND STABILIZATION
Often, early detection of foundation settlement can be corrected using the Uretek Deep Injection (UDI) patented process. The solution benefits include: less disturbance as there is little or no excavation or damage to surface slabs or structure, quick completion time, economical solution, no redesign of foundation system, and long-lasting results. These UDI expanding structural polymers are specially designed to displace water and retain the structural support even in wet conditions.

ECSS 3000
Foundations and other structures are often in jeopardy due to expansive soils. CST's EcSS 3000 soil treatment permanently reduces the swell potential in "hot" soils. Furthermore, this is a performance-based solution. We guarantee results or you don't pay.
STRUCTURAL REPAIRS
Shifting of soils can cause cracks to appear in foundation walls and other structures. To prevent further deterioration, CST can repair cracks in situ with the latest expanding structural polymer repair technology. With such repairs, the added risk of erosion can be reduced or eliminated. |
